Grandfather Mountain
North Carolina's best scenic attraction is also the highest mountain in the Blue Ridge. Come to enjoy the mile high swinging bridge, native animals in their natural habitat, take souvenirs back from the museum and hike on the trails after a delightful picnic lunch. Open all year.

Julian Price Park
Near milepost 300 on the Blue Ridge Parkway, this 4,000 acre park is a recreational

Moses Cone Park

The Blowing Rock
